All our clients receive the highest level of care service with their care package, which matches their requirements and needs, this may vary from 1 hour of companionship to full time liven care, fully flexible which allows us to amend whenever your require.
We are extremely aware of the importance of this support at this current time, working through Covid -19 our staff are highly trained and have all required PPE to keep our clients and families safe.
Personal Care
We pride ourselves on maintaining your loved ones dignity, while helping them lead the life they want, they may need assistance with day to day routine washing bathing and dressing
Domestic Support
You may need support around the home for your loved one (washing, ironing, hoovering, etc), we offer a professional domestic support service to suit all.
Companionship
For many older people in the UK, there is an epidemic of loneliness. We offer a first-class companionship service. Whether that be visiting for a coffee and a chat every now and then.

Shopping calls
Many of our clients want and enjoy doing their own shopping, as this forms part of their weekly routine. We offer a service that allows our clients to shop with the support of a carers or for a carer to shop for the client. Whether this be to a supermarket, or garden centre etc, we are very flexible.
Personal Care
Some of our clients may need assistance with washing, dressing, or using the bathroom. We offer a professional service that maintains your loved one’s dignity supporting them to lead a normal life.
Help with accessing the community or attending event
Many of our clients wish to maintain the social aspect of their life, while being cared for. Whether they need help going to the bingo once a week, or even just visiting friends or family, we can help!

Yes we Have contracts in place to protect our clients and staff and document your care package
All of our staff will undergo full checks with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) to ensure that they are able to work with vulnerable people. As well as this being fully trained to the highest standards in all areas of care and training and spot checks will be regularly undertaken to maintain our standards.
At Huumankind we carry all the relevant insurance Employers Liability, Public Liability (inc Treatment Liability), Products Liability, Professional Indemnity, a copy of which can be seen at any time.
To maintain the level of support we offer a range of times from 1 hour to full linin Carer
Yes, our office is based in Shelsley Walsh (pictured) and we welcome anyone to call in at any time and view our facilities including and training rooms and have a coffee with the team.
